Rev. Dr. Samuel Davilmar is the General overseer at Tabernacle Des Saints. His main goal is to implement educational programs, provide spiritual leadership to the congregation and offer pastoral support and counseling.

Dr. Samuel has obtained certifications in doctrine of salvation and biblical Christian counseling from Moody Bible institute and on target ministry. He is currently enrolled at Jacksonville theological seminary for his second doctorate in Christian counseling.

Dr. Sameul Davilmar has been in ministry for over 17years and continues to dedicate his life to God’s mission. He preaches the gospel with precision and is an inspiration to many of his mentees. Reverend Dr. Samuel Davilmar is a Noble general in the faith.
